Email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us. We read every message ourselves. We aim to reply within one working day, Monday to Friday. We do not operate a telephone hotline.

When writing about an existing order, please include your order number. It is in your order confirmation email and starts with a hash symbol. That one detail usually saves a whole round of emails.

What we can help with

Questions before you order, including ingredients, suitability and delivery times.
The status of an order that has already been placed.
Returns, refunds and cancellations.
Anything that went wrong. If we made a mistake, tell us and we will put it right.

What we cannot do
